This is us. A basketball club by the community, for the community.
Established in 1992, The Rockingham Flames boast some of the best Domestic, Development, WABL and NBL1 programs in the state.
Thanks to countless work from our volunteers, staff and the wider community, 30 years later we are stronger and bigger than ever.
INTEGRITY | LOYALTY | TRUST | RESPECT | PRIDE
Our domestic competition is run primarily out of Mike Barnett Sporting Complex. More than 350 teams compete throughout the year, in our competition representing 13 domestic clubs. These numbers are nearly two times what we facilitated 5 years ago and are constantly growing.
From strength to strength our WABL program sees more than 25 teams of Rockingham Flames players represent us against the state each season. An outstanding display of skill as our players compete against teams from 12 other clubs from around the state.
Our NBL1 West campaign sees the Sinclair McDonald Rockingham Flames compete around the state over the course of 5 months each year. An elite program of Athletes including imports for both teams sees The Flames put their best foot forward. After a winning campaign for our winning team in 2019, prior to a break for the West Coast Classic Season due to COVID, The Sinclair Family McDonald's men recently won the 2022 NBL1 West Championship and then a week later went on to win the inaugural 2022 NBL1 National Championship. The Flames women are on the hunt for their next flag and the Flames men are looking to go back to back.
