ALECIA KNOWLES
“I’m really excited to join the flames squad for this season! I’ve heard great things about the club and community so I’m looking forward to being apart of the flames program as a whole. I know that the team is filled with such a great bunch of people and I can’t wait to get on the court with them.” - Alecia Knowles

ZAHLI JOLLY
“My roots are within the flames and each year I have the pleasure of meeting new people, whether they be supporters of the club or new players (of all ages), and also playing with the girls who I’ve grown up with on the court. I look forward to seeing all of the flames family this year and adding 2022 to the list of won championships! ” - Zahli Jolly
